We strive to achieve a definite common goal that we share with our associated companies, partners, creditors, customers and all other stakeholders to enrich our products and services maintaining the highest standards of corporate culture and behaviour during our dealings.

Mefwinns companies should promote and defend their legitimate business interests and cooperate with governments and other organisations, Mefwinns neither supports any political parties nor any political agenda. 

Corporate Governance

We have always aspired to high standards of corporate governance. The Board of Directors of the Company represents a balanced mix of professionalism, knowledge and experience. 

Business Partners 

We desire to work with suppliers and channel partners with whom we share similar values and same business standards with mutually beneficial relations. Obeying the law Infahs companies and employees comply with all the rules and regulations of the countries they deal with. 

Positive impact on the Society. 

Our motive is to produce a positive effect via our brands and through different ways by which we are involved with our customers and society. 

Supplier Code 

Infahs direct suppliers will take responsibility to require adherence to the principals of this Supplier Code from their direct suppliers and exercise diligence in verifying that these principles are being adhered to in their supply chains. 

Compliance - Monitoring - Reporting  

The success of Infahs relies mostly on how these principles are followed. In order to ensure whether the above-mentioned principles are followed or not, the Infahs board plays a very significant role in implementing and executing the principles. the day-to-day responsibility is delegated to all senior management of the geographies, categories, functions and operating companies. Assurance of compliance is given and monitored annually. Any breaches in the Code of conduct must be reported to the concerned authorities. The Board will not criticise management for any loss of business resulting from adherence to these principles and other mandatory policies. in fact, Provisions have been made for employees to be able to report in confidence and no employee will suffer as a consequence of doing so. 

Sustainability targets 

To grow more we need to work on our strengths that include the usage of our knowledge to perceive diverse customers in the market so as to provide them with the quality products and services. we'll continue to work on our current business model but with a flexible attitude and ready to evaluate, analyse and modify plans according to changing business scenarios so as to further bring in creativity to the best satisfaction of customer delight. 

Business integrity 

It will always be our topmost priority to work with integrity and honesty with respect to all the related parties of business getting in touch with. We also respect the legitimate interests of those with whom we have relationships. At Infahs, under no circumstances is giving or taking bribes. a bribe is not allowed in Any demand for, or offer of, a bribe must be rejected immediately and reported to management. Infahs accounting records and supporting documents must be transparent without any underlying money transactions.
